Kelly Hendrix

Kelly is the Assistant Park Manager of Education at Blue Jay Point and Green Hills County Park. Kelly began working in environmental education with the City of Raleigh Parks & Recreation and the NC Museum of Sciences in various roles after graduating Peace College with a degree in Biology. She has now been at Blue Jay for over a decade (which was also one of her favorite childhood parks!) getting to plan, teach and have fun with field trips, special events, public programs, overnight stays and more. Kelly lives in Raleigh, spends lots of time with her parents and her cat and enjoys getting travel whenever possible.
