Go to the environmental education calendar to find upcoming conferences, events and professional development workshops. The calendar can also be searched by location or keyword so you can find the programs you are interested in, when and where you need them!
Are you looking for after school programs or environmental classes for your kids? Then you need to check out the EE Resource Database! Search by “Resource Type” to find everything
from contests to online resources. This guide is constantly updated by environmental education providers across the state, so you’re sure to find
what you need.
There are more than 190 Environmental Education Centers across the state. They are all open to the public and are great places to learn, recreate, and have fun! Check out which ones are near you by clicking here. The Office of Environmental Education has put together a list of summer camps in North Carolina that focus on environmental education. All of these camps are certified by the American Camping Association (ACA). You might also want to check out the bottom section of other environmental summer opportunities.
