"North Carolina Environmental Education Centers" are facilities that provide quality environmental education for the public, including outdoor experiences, exhibits and programs. EE Centers are also committed to professionalism and cooperation with other environmental education facilities and programs. The Office of EE identifies and promotes these centers throughout the state, and works closely with the NC Association of Environmental Education Centers.
