All of North Carolina's EE Resources in One Place!
Be an Informed Consumer
RecrEEation
Natural resources don't only provide us with things we need, such as food and shelter, but also with places we need. Places to recreate. Places to exercise. Places for solitude and reflection. The economy of North Carolina depends on these natural areas, parks, trails and greenways. These green spaces are part of what make North Carolina an attractive place to visit and a wonderful place to live. As the population of our state rises, we will need to be sure that natural areas are protected for us and for future generations of North Carolinians.
